The main reasons for the high bearing temperature are as follows:

(1) Poor lubrication quality. The purpose of lubrication is to prevent the message part from directly contacting and generating friction, forming friction between solids and liquids. If the amount of lubricating oil is insufficient or the quality is poor, the message part will directly generate friction heat, or the heat cannot be carried away by the lubricating oil, causing the bearing temperature to rise.

(2) The assembly quality of the rotating bearing is poor. If the tension between the inner sleeve and the shaft is not enough, the clearance between the outer sleeve and the bearing seat is too large or too small.

(3) Bearing quality is poor. The sliding bearing scraping quality is poor, the black gold contact is not good or the fetal; the rotating bearing rotates well with cracks, fragmentation, peeling, etc., which will destroy the stability and uniformity of the oil film and cause the bearing to heat up.

(4) The sealing felt is too tight and heats up.

(5) The bearing vibrates too much to withstand shock loads, which seriously affects the stability of the lubricating oil film.

(6) The amount of cooling water in the bearing is insufficient or interrupted, which affects the transfer of heat and increases the bearing temperature.
